What we collect,
why and for how long
This notice is written under Turkish data protection law (KVKK No. 6698, art. 10). It is short, because what we collect is short.
Who collects it
The data controller for this site is LOVJA Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş. (Istanbul, Türkiye).
Maslak Mah. Taşyoncası Sok., Maslak 1453 Sitesi, T4A No.37, Sarıyer / Istanbul, Türkiye · [email protected]
There is only one place on this site that asks for anything
The partner clinic application form on the contact page. Nowhere else on the site collects information.
- Clinic name — required
- Your name — required
- City / country — required
- Your email — required
- Your website — optional
- Anything you would like to add — optional — whatever you write
Why we ask
There is one purpose: to assess your application and come back to you. If it fits, we open guest access so you can explore the portal.
The legal basis is KVKK art. 5/2-c — directly related to the conclusion of a contract: by sending the form you are already asking to begin a working relationship.
We do not build a marketing list from this, do not send unsolicited email, and sell nothing to anyone.
Where it sits and how long it stays
- The application record — encrypted database, access restricted
- Site and form — cloud infrastructure based outside Türkiye
- Email that reaches us — a business email service
- Retention — applications that do not lead to a partnership are deleted after three years
- If you become a partner — the record is no longer an application but part of a working relationship, and is kept for the periods commercial and tax law require
- Earlier deletion — write to us any time — we delete and confirm
Intraoral images are a separate matter
An image of a patient's mouth is not merely personal data but health data — a special category under Turkish data protection law. We therefore hold it to separate rules.
- Never published without written consent. Consent is obtained by the partner clinic, which has the direct relationship with the patient, and states which images are covered and where they will appear.
- They carry no identity. Published images are limited to the mouth and contain no detail that would identify the patient. Photographs showing the face require separate, explicit consent.
- No name, no case details, no dates. Nothing that could point to the patient appears alongside an image.
- Consent can be withdrawn. A patient may change their mind at any time and the image is removed from the site. No reason needs to be given.
- Images without consent never leave the archive. The images in case files are kept to carry out the work; they are not used for publication.
What we do not do
- No cookiesNot one cookie on this site — ours or anyone else’s
- No ad trackersNo Facebook, no Google Ads, none of it
- No profilingWe do not tie browsing to a person
- No patient dataThis site is for clinicians; patient records never pass through it
Visits are counted with a cookieless counter: it does not identify you and does not follow you between sites. The form is protected by a bot check, for which your IP address is processed by the provider at that moment and not stored.
KVKK art. 11 — each of these is yours
For any of the following, write to [email protected]. We answer within thirty days at the latest.
- To learn — Whether we process data about you
- To ask — For the information and a copy of it
- To correct — Anything incomplete or wrong
- To erase — To have it deleted or destroyed
- To object — To processing that produces a result against you
- To claim — Compensation for harm from unlawful processing
If this notice changes
If we update this page we change its date. If what we collect or why changes materially, we also tell the clinicians who have already applied.
